Meet the Team

A Legacy of Intergenerational Collaboration in Action

The DTV team doesn’t just talk about wholeness and intergenerational connection — we demonstrate it. Our team brings together seasoned professionals with decades of leadership experience, millennials and Gen Z voices bringing fresh perspective, digital fluency, and the courage to be authentic. Since 2008, Duncan Tree Ventures has empowered global communities, notably raising over $50 MM USD between 2012 and 2020 to provide free, life-transforming spine surgeries for 200 adolescents with severe scoliosis across the Philippines, Jamaica, and Trinidad & Tobago. Building on this legacy of physical healing and medical capacity building, the organization has evolved to foster emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-awareness through targeted digital content and transformative professional boot camps.
