Founder of Duncan Tree Ventures, Ouida brings decades of experience in youth development, organizational leadership, and social entrepreneurship. A certified iPEC coach and Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment practitioner, she developed the In The Middle program from a deep personal commitment to wholeness and a belief that every person deserves the tools for emotional intelligence.

Dr. Sheila Campbell-Forrester is a distinguished medical professional and a prominent advocate for adolescent health. With an illustrious career, she has served as the Former Chief Medical Officer of Jamaica, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the country’s healthcare system and ensuring the well-being of its citizens.
Driven by her passion for making a positive impact, she served as a Medical Advisor to Duncan Tree Foundation for over a decade and assumed the role of Board Member in 2023, where she provides invaluable guidance and expertise in promoting healthcare and adolescent education initiatives in underserved communities.
Through her various roles, Dr. Sheila Campbell-Forrester continues to champion the cause of adolescent health and well-being, striving to create a brighter and healthier future for the younger generation.

Robert manages website development, content operations, Monday.com project management, meeting coordination, and AI integration strategy. He brings a critical thinking lens to DTV’s digital presence and helps translate the organization’s vision into operational reality.

Robert Ooghe is a creative technologist and digital innovator. With over 15 years of experience in interactive entertainment and education, Robert has a proven track record of creating award-winning digital experiences for leading brands like Hasbro and Mattel.
He holds a Master’s degree in Interactive Telecommunications from NYU and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and History from William & Mary.

Rishi co-owns the content roadmap alongside Hannah, leads the interview series, and supports board advisor recruitment. His perspective as a young professional navigating early career transitions brings authenticity to DTV’s content and ensures we speak to — not at — our emerging audience.
Hannah Strong — Gen Z Content Co-Lead & Workshop Development
Hannah co-leads content development with a focus on physical wellness and spiritual/mindfulness integration. Her insight that our Four Pillars aren’t separate categories but nested, interconnected dimensions of wholeness has shaped how DTV communicates its framework. She also contributes to workshop development for the ITM workshop program.
