As the Founder and CEO of Duncan Tree Ventures (formerly Duncan Tree Foundation), she evolved a “Doctors Without Borders” surgical model into a sophisticated social enterprise. Under her leadership, the organization orchestrated complex international missions that mobilized over $50 million USD in medical resources to the Philippines and the Caribbean, transforming lives through high-impact surgical interventions.
Today, Ouida is the architect of the “In the Middle” (ITM) initiative, a forward-thinking strategic framework designed to future-proof talent through emotional intelligence and leadership development.
