What Participants Experience
Each week builds on the previous, creating a cohesive developmental arc:
Week 1
Orientation + ELI
Introduction to our Four Pillars of Wholeness and the ELI energy framework. Participants take the ELI assessment and establish group trust and vulnerability agreements — the foundation everything else is built on.
Week 2
Energy Awareness
Deep exploration of emotional patterns and the 7 Levels of Energy. Participants learn to recognize how they show up — especially under pressure — and begin developing a richer inner vocabulary for navigating it.
Week 3
Vulnerability & Strength
Connecting the four pillars into a unified framework for growth. Vulnerability is explored not as weakness but as the doorway to authentic professional relationships and sustainable change.
Week 4
Trust & Problem Solving
Practical tools for navigating transitions, building support systems, and developing the emotional vocabulary that makes professional relationships actually work. Trust — of self and others — is examined through lived experience.
Week 5
Wholeness & Planning
Post-ELI assessment to measure growth and felt impact. Participants create personal sustainability plans and build the community connections that carry the work forward beyond the program.
Outcomes
Participants consistently report increased self-awareness, stronger emotional vocabulary, improved professional relationships, and a clearer sense of direction. Organizations report increased engagement, reduced interpersonal conflict, and stronger team cohesion.
