DTV’s coaching packages combine the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment assessment with iPEC-certified coaching methodology to provide personalized, measurable development experiences. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, coaching packages are structured as tax-deductible donations with corresponding coaching deliverables.

Investment Levels

All DTV coaching investments are tax-deductible through our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. The scope of engagement — number of participants, sessions, and deliverables — is shaped through consultation.

Note on government & institutional engagements: Organizations pursuing government or institutional professional development contracts through White River Consulting — DTV’s M/WBE-certified for-profit delivery arm — are not tax-deductible. Group Coaching

Group coaching packages are available for teams and organizations. These combine the benefits of the 5-Week Core Boot Camp with ongoing group coaching sessions to deepen and sustain the experience — building shared language, emotional vocabulary, and collective leadership capacity.
