The "In the Middle" (ITM) Pilot Program is a high-impact leadership experience designed for organizations that require more than just traditional management training. We bridge the gap between vision and execution by focusing on the core of every organization: its people and their emotional intelligence.

Our virtual workshop is structured to build momentum and foster long-term organizational change.
Phase 1: Alignment (Weeks 1 & 2)
Program Orientation & The 7 Levels of Leadership We introduce the "7 Levels of Leadership" framework, allowing participants to identify the energy they bring to their roles and how it impacts team dynamics.
Phase 2: Internal Strength (Week 3)
Self-Awareness, Vulnerability & Your Story Leadership is personal. We cultivate a culture where vulnerability is viewed as a strategic asset, using personal storytelling to build authentic connections.
Phase 3: Resilience & Momentum (Week 4)
Problem Solving, Building Trust & Navigating Setbacks Teams learn to solve problems collaboratively and maintain momentum even when facing significant challenges or setbacks.
Phase 4: Sustainable Future (Week 5)
Relating Positively, Wholeness & Future Planning The program concludes with a focus on holistic leadership and a concrete plan for future organizational growth and continued partnership.

Our Founder's Story
Ouida Duncan became a Certified Professional Emotional Intelligence Coach at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), in 2017, sparked by her passion for supporting and championing people on their path to enlightenment. She leans on her listening skills to guide, encourage, and empower individuals on a one-on-one basis. She is an expert in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion who obtained her certification from Cornell University. To strengthen her business management skills, Ouida recently earned her MBA in International Business at the University of Bath in Somerset, in the UK.
